What is the Spiritual Lens?
The Spiritual Lens image for Andie Cosnowsky's blog

This site is meant to offer an alternative perspective to the messages we get in society.  It is a forum for sharing ideas and perspectives so that we can gain insight and wisdom into the mysteries of our human journey. With all that is happening in our world, it’s easy to get caught up in the emotions of fear, lack, sadness and confusion.  But what if there was a way to look at life through a new set of glasses? It’s a perspective called the ‘spiritual lens’. This lens is a lens of love and compassion and a desire to be of service to others.  And through this lens, to find and offer hope, empowerment and support for life’s journey.

In the realm of the spirit, there is enough, we are all enough and material possessions are not necessary.  In fact, in some ways, material possessions get in the way. We may not realize it but already we have everything we need, are everything we need to be.  It takes the pressure off of having to be more, do more and achieve more.

This is a lifetime process and some days will be better than others. But even becoming willing to try is enough to start the process rolling.  So let’s begin to see life through a spiritual lens of hope and abundance, where even the worst of experiences will take on new meaning and new possibility.

Welcome fellow traveler to this mystical mission.  Let the adventure begin!
